HISTORY

1979
    
 
Incorporated under the name of Chang Ching Plastics Co., Ltd. at an home unit covering only
       1,100 square feet on Fuyu St. Sanchong City to engaged in plastic injection molding process.
1981
    
 
Joint development of EP-101 ear protectors with a trading company to first step into personal
       protective equipment.
1983
    
 Major production of electronics, electrical components and computer adapter socket.
   
 
 Developed the mold production of SG201 goggle and FM-301 mask.
   
 
 Started doing business with the trading companies.
    
 Reorganized to the new name of Long Dar Plastic Co., Ltd in September,1983.
1984
    
 Company moved to 
Shuangyuan St. Sanchong City and the factory built-up area extended to
       2,850 square feet.
   
 
 Developed the welding goggles WG204A, WG205 and the new mold production of EP102,
       EP103,SG204 and FM-302, etc.
1986
    
 Company moved to Bihua St. Sanchong City, the factory built-up area extended to 12,500
      
square feet, and successively updated the production equipment.
    
 Increased the product lines of respirators, cartridges and  ear plugs, and gradually as the goal
       to a professional production manufacturer.
1989
    
 Set up the export sales department to handle for collating and testing the relevant international 
       standards, and responsible for foreign business.
   
 
 Increased the product lines of welding helmets (WH701 series), face shields (FS801 series) and 
       safety 
helmets (SM901 series).
1992
    
 
Company moved into the Wugu Industrial Park, the new factory build-up extended to 39,500 
       square feet.
    
 Purchased of many new units of computerized injection molding machines, automation facilities
       and quality test/inspection instruments.
   
 
 There were many products gradually passed ANSI, BS(CE) and CSA standards d
uring this period
.
1993
    
 Through the assistance and guidance from CMA (
Chinese Management Association), improved 
       the organization, production management, quality system and many of the company systems.
1995
 
   
 Entrusted Ahead International Management Consulting Co., Ltd to help introduction of ISO:9002
      international QA system. 
    
 ISO:9002 quality system certified by SGS ,UK in December,1995.
1998
    
 
Completion of the 2nd plant on No.127, Wugong Rd. at the end of year.
2000
    
 
Established the factory in Dongguan, China in March.
2001
    
 Company moved to No 140, Wugong Rd., the headquarters we are now. 
2002
     
ISO 9001:2000 quality system certified by SGS ,UK in August,2002.
2004
     
Developed two new electronic earmuffs EP171 & EP172, the first expansion to the product line of 
       electronic 
products. 
    
 The first website of Long Dar plastic Co Ltd. had been created.
2006
    
 
First to use environmentally friendly raw material for products.
2010
    
 
The new respirator products RM605 , RM606 passed CE EN140 approved.
    
 Updated the quality system to ISO:9001:2008 and certified by SGS ,UK in October, 2010.
2011
    
 New website updated.
     The new building next to our headquarters will be completed.
